GIDDING & LEWIS CMX CONTROLLER DISPLAY ?

This is a used in very nice condition controller/display. There is no identification on the item so I don't know exactly what model or brand it is or goes with. It was purchased in bulk with other equipment. Some of it was Giddings & Lewis, some was CMX. It might be one of these or neither. Let me know if you do know what it is. Thank you.
